1. Welcome to Kellans Konfections! By paying you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders and Payments

Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.

We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

Any special requests may cost more.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 2 days before the delivery/pick-up date will receive a full/partial refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 1 day of the order date.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

We have the right to cancel any orders that we seek necessary with a refund (following the time frame above).

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We offer allergy-friendly and dietary-specific options; however, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

5. Collection and Delivery

Customers must collect their orders at the agreed time and location.

We offer delivery within St. Cloud MN Area for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for damages occurring after pickup or during delivery.

6. Quality and Storage

Our baked goods are best consumed within 3 days of collection unless labeled otherwise.

Proper storage instructions will be provided with each order.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any adverse reactions to our products.

We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supplier issues).

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs and recipes are the property of Kellans Konfections and may not be used without the owners permission.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time that we seek necessary.
